Monica Cargile is a fashion stylist/wardrobe consultant with a passion for culture, social impact and visual storytelling.
Known for her luxury aesthetic, Monica’s styling has been featured within notable publications such as People, Essence, Billboard and more. With 17 years of styling experience and an integral understanding of brand identity, she has been enlisted to aid in creating visuals for E! Entertainment, The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Refinery 29. Additionally, she has contributed to memorable red carpet moments, advertising campaigns and fashion editorials.
Most noteably, She founded Well Dressed, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to inspire women to reclaim their stories and re-imagine their future using the transformative power of clothing. Well Dressed partners with community based organizations to provide clothing support services to formerly incarcerated, unhoused, youth-in-transition (aged out of foster care) and sex trafficked women.
Using fashion and style as a form of empowerment, Monica has been successful in leveraging her platform and years of industry experience by partnering with brands to facilitate speaking engagements, panel discussions and podcasts. She has demonstrated through her work the power fashion has to inspire confidence, self-love and self acceptance.
